The following post is an archive of our GoFundMe campaign which began in 2020.
Time simply flies and this farm season has pretty much gone by in a blur of lots of big and small moments filled with many special encounters and countless precious new memories.
Everyone at the farm – two-legged and four-legged – would like to say THANK YOU for all your kind and generous support that you offered us again during this year. Thank you for being part of our journey and for all your help, encouragement, heartwarming comments and honest interest in the life of our animals and daily work at the farm.
And because our season 2022 is not quite over yet we would like to invite you to use this opportunity to drop by for a last visit:
With this Thanksgiving Long Weekend being the last weekend the farm is open in 2022 there are exactly two more days to come by the farm and meet all our furry and feathered farm residents again. The farm will be open Sunday October 9th and Monday October 10th, each day from 10am to 4pm. The goats are still running their little but unforgettable stampedes daily at 10:10am and 4:10pm.
All the staff and volunteers are looking forward to welcoming you one last time this year: We are happy to meet many old and new friends, share stories about this season and tales about the animals and answer as many questions as we can. And of course all the animals just like this mild and sunny weather and especially the goaties will just soak up all the attention they can get, enjoy cuddles and scratches and simply relax in the warm sunshine with you.
Starting Tuesday, October 11th, the farm will be closed for our winter break. In our next update I will be able to tell you a little about the animals’ adventures this fall and more importantly how we prepare them and the farm for the colder winter months to come so that they can continue to receive all the daily care they need and deserve.
Wishing everyone a happy Thanksgiving Weekend with all your loved ones – near or far – being always in our hearts.
Take care and enjoy the time together in this golden autumn weather,
